I have just purchased a lounge from trilogy. We already had the couch on the left of this image, we went down to trilogy with the cushion of the older lounge to match up the colour to make another one. They said that it’s a perfect match, it’s going to be amazing, same colour, same fabric etc etc, never a mention it could be off in any way. Clearly something has happened and they have ended up different. The older one is the one on the left the new one is the one on the right. I was all fine with it initially thinking we could come up with some kind of arrangement to get it recovered or remade or something, wrong. Trilogy are not accepting fault, will not allow me to return it, basically digging their heels in saying no no no, it’s all my fault and that the colour is the same. Also claiming that the colour of my older lounge may have faded hence the difference in colour. Then explain how would a faded fabric end up darker? The construction and quality of it is amazing, can’t fault it, what is at fault is the customer experience when there is a problem. I hate making a one star review like this, because I’ve always been very happy with trilogy and have a bunch of their things in my home but it’s warranted in this case and I’d be happy to take it down if we come to an arrangement. Like I said, I’m not asking for a discount, a freebie, nothing of the sort, just give me a couch in the colour you said it would be

Thank you to all the staff at Trilogy. Your service is exceptional and each team member that I have recently dealt with has been first class. The experience I encountered last week from the selection process within the showroom to the installation of furniture at my property was absolutely flawless. Something very rare in retail these days. Thank you again to the sales staff and to the delivery team. I will certainly be recommending your services to family and friends.

Beautiful unique and luxurious furniture, lovely service, appreciate the champagne and biscuits whilst waiting. Quite pricey but well worth waiting for their sales to pick up a piece to last a lifetime.
