Midland Brick - Joondalup — Landscaping in Joondalup, WA

Service was pretty okay by most of the staff. But the Indian manager seems to not quite get it. He was barely understandable on the phone. He hid himself (probably thought I couldn't see) watching me strap down a pallet. I'm 40 years old and have done that job more than enough to know how. It was patronising to say the very least. It then made me start to notice how he'll stand far too close behind staff and watch them work. I've also noticed the other reviews where boundaries seem to be an issue for management. God knows how they retain any staff with weird stuff like this going on.

Pretty arrogant management there. Came to enquire about pavers with intent of purchasing. Front staff was ok, but management there super bossy even to me as a client?? At one stage I had to tell management to politely back off, as im just browsing. He even laughed at me when I asked a question to front staff. Extremely rude and arrogant. Will never support a business like this. I ended up purchasing pavers at another midland bricks store. Their service was welcoming and professional without nasty inflictions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has twice failed to deliver my brick order on time. They treat deadlines like a casual suggestion, and unbelievably they inform us that their office communicates with their delivery department by email only. In 2025 I think that is very poor. Customer service is a complete joke. Some staff act as if I am interrupting their spa day whilst others are full of fake promises and spin what ever story they can to end the conversation including the state manager. Every interaction left me wondering if this company is just an elaborate prank. Trying to get updates was like shouting into a void. If you enjoy being ignored, lied to and generally treated like a nuisance for daring to expect basic service then this is the company for you.

Thank you Angelo!! After days of rain and delays we needed 12 more bricks. I called and Angelo stayed later to help us out. Even though it was stocktake and everybody else had left he opened up to let me in to get the bricks we needed to finish off a wall. He helped me load up safely and be on my way. Because of him we were able to get the crane in as planned and lift the steel up for our new roof! I know it seems like a little thing but it meant we were not delayed anymore and that we were prepared when the rains came in! Thank you Angelo Rubino and the team at Midland Brick at Joondalup always ready to help and make building in this difficult time a little easier. Katie

Great place to order bricks and pavers. You can even pick up small quantities of bricks, provided you have the right vehicle for the job. Very convenient and friendly staff. 👍🏼
