Silverfern Landscaping — Landscaping in Joondalup, WA

Contracted to remove land, level front garden, prep back garden for concrete works, and install retic throughout. Extremely dissatisfied. The only part of the job completed was the removal of land. No area was levelled leading to delay and additional work and cost for concrete pour. Retic was installed in unlevel ground, with insufficient coverage and requiring additional work, repair and replacement of entire sections. A number of trees were damaged including a feature tree which we had specifically asked for no works to be completed within 1.5m - this was ignored with major roots broken and it is unlikely the tree will survive. Workers constantly bickering and arguing with each other. All up this has cost us time, energy, and even more money to complete and repair the work that was done. Refused to refund any payment. Wish we had of contracted someone competent or completed the work ourselves.

We used Silverfern Landscaping for our backyard renovation over the winter and couldn't be happier with the results. Ash was brilliant to work with, helping with ideas on how best to use the space, coordinating deliveries, and of course, completing the job to an exceptional standard. Needed the backyard landscaped, so I called up Ash. He was very helpful and able to come out quickly in this busy Christmas time. They done a great job levelling the soil for the turf and installed my retic also. They matched the paving pattern to my existing alfresco so it doesn't look out of place. The kids will be so happy to be able to play on the cool grass this summer. Thanks again Ash for the great work and the great quote.

I found Ash from the word go to be easy to get along with, listen to what I wanted, come up with a draft, which I was happy with & accepted immediately. Ash from silverfern landscaping did a smashing job on our new swim spa install. I was struggling to find anyone that was even interested in doing the job, but ash took it under his wing.
