At our first meeting with Seamus, his approachable nature assured us he was the right person for our project. We were designing our forever family home, with minimal design direction at the time. Seamus has an incredible eye for detail and a strong ability to translate vision into reality. We were particularly impressed by his passion for Architecture along with his knowledge of sustainable design and local planning codes, of which are heavily engrained in his design. The end result was not only visually stunning but also highly functional and perfectly suited to our lifestyle and needs. Beyond the design and very detailed documentation, we engaged Seamus to tender and negotiate our building contract. He provided invaluable guidance through this process. We felt confident and well- advised through every step and allowed us to appoint a builder that aligned not just on price, but also the quality and vision for the project. Seamus has been friendly, professional and patient though the whole design process. He has great ideas and a clear passion for architectural and interior design. He steered our plans for a two-story addition through the council process, deftly navigating the challenging planning policies in our area (a heritage conservation area in Subiaco). June 2021

We appointed Seamus after meeting a few Architects at our site. We felt Seamus was confident & could tackle our challenging block, in which we requested a contemporary infill extension between existing house and garage. Seamus takes a very practical approach to the design process, blending architectural features that usually exceed your expectations. He is a very good problem solver & his design solutions offer both function & great aesthetics. Seamus was also eager to ensure the extension was built to a very high energy efficient standard in which we achieved a 9.5 star rating. Our home received quite a lot of complementing comments from both family, friends & adjoining neighbours. We have since sold the home at a large attending auction early 2017, we have re-appointed Seamus for our current project; a custom renovation & addition to a heritage listed home in Subiaco, which is currently in Sketch Design. We enjoyed working with Seamus & would highly recommend Seamus.
