Have been repeatedly blown off while trying to get a quote for a new reticulation installation. Advised they would turn up the following morning, only to have no one come by, and no response when trying to get in contact with them.

Great communication with Hugh who attended today and solved all our problems. He was kind, patient and knowledgable. We were pleasantly surprised by the price and would definitely recommend this company.

Great job! all the guys were great to deal with and our front lawn looks fantastic. Big shout out to Jack for making this all happen. He was a top bloke to deal with, informative and efficient.

I had a disappointing experience. The work on my front lawn was not done properly. Due to poor communication, the team followed the old design instead of the one we agreed on. Responses took a long time, requiring multiple follow-ups. Unfortunately, customer care did not seem to be a priority.

I reached out to Joel Irrigation for help with the maintenance and repair of my reticulation after having a positive experience with them last summer, when they were part of the Water Corp's water-wise campaign. The service at that time was great, so I was happy hiring their services now. When I first called this time, I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to assist for at least a week, which is totally understandable given that we’re in the peak of summer. However, I was told someone would call to arrange a site visit and provide a quote. After waiting for three weeks with no follow-up, I called again and spoke to someone who promised to follow up so I would get an answer that day. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any call. It’s disappointing, as it seems they are not interested in taking on new customers. It would be helpful if businesses were more transparent and let customers know if they are unable to assist or not interested in taking on new work, so we don't waste our time waiting
