Recently purchased the cub cadet Enduro XT series lawn tractor from Simon. Great service, knowledgeable team and he took the time to show me how to get the most out of my new machine.. Went in and brought 1 Primer bulb for my small Homelite chainsaw I was charged $15.00 for it, I said to the person I saw this article advertised for $5.00?? He was quick to point out saying "we don't advertise on the Web". It was fundamentally a rip-off. Won't be going back to Rockingham Chainsaw and Mowers.

Great service from the staff & reasonable prices. Excellent product knowledge they’re certainly the experts in mowers & brush cutters. After chatting a bit I ended up spending less than I expected to, & the gear I bought is perfectly matched to my needs.

Review from a few months ago, wasn't sure about posting as it was my only experience with them and I went to them as the reviews were so good. Don't get me wrong, they know their stuff.. really great knowledge! They did a great job fixing the mower. However, ad a female customer I felt I was treated differently to the male customer, who came in when I was there. Maybe it was a bad day, but I got grumpy customer service, didn't like having lunch interrupted by me, the customer. Went to Coast... mowers next time, more pleasant, great knowledge as well.
