Landscape Australia Construction — Landscaping in South Perth, WA

I am writing to warn others about my experience with Landscape Australia Co Perth. The standard of work delivered was shockingly poor and did not meet even basic expectations. The project was incomplete, messy, and clearly not done with any care or professionalism. Furthermore, dealing with their staff was a major frustration. They were consistently rude, dismissive, and displayed a complete lack of respect or customer service. Any questions or concerns about the clearly substandard work were met with arrogance and deflection. I regret hiring this company and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for landscaping services. The combination of terrible results and terrible service made this a completely negative experience. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star)

My landscaping got cancelled last year, 3 days before it was due to get done due to the developer not paying LAC, but not only were LAC rude to us like we were the problem, when I was trying to get a refund for something else they kept transferring me and dodging emails it took nearly a month to get a refund back and they were so rude about it. Would 100% recommend to shop around.

Absolutely disgraceful company! Completely lack of training of workers who started pulling out native eucalyptus trees seedlings in my native garden patch (I suspect they are subcontracted by the city of Kwinana). All caught on CCTV…

Absolutely thrilled with the service. Who wouldn’t want sprinklers so “expertly installed” that they secretly dump water underground instead of watering the lawn? It’s like having your own private aquifer. The surprise lumpy landscape is a bonus - really gives the yard that “off-road adventure park” feel. And let’s not forget the garden bed sprinklers. They were so committed to their role that they refused to work at all, giving me the wonderful opportunity to roll up my sleeves and fix them myself. Nothing says value for money like paying a company to hand you DIY projects. Truly a masterclass in how not to do landscaping. Highly recommend if you enjoy disappointment.

Absolutely disgusted in the work we were provided, terrible communication between their contractors. Paid money to have the site prepped before any landscaping was done but yet it wasn’t communicated to the contractors.. started the job on incorrect soil level. 19mm poly all the way under grass (poor workmanship, should be pvc or blueline until the garden bed) and only 60mm under laying height, driveway garden bed pvc is higher than bed height and solenoid wiring is exposed (no conduit) and wrapped around the same pipe (could at least tape it to the underside of the pvc - poor workmanship), had to switch the sprinkler lines 180 because they were on the wrong way, and whatever else that we haven’t seen yet. Ended up having to do all the work ourselves before they laid the turf down even though we had paid them to do this for us.. rocks left all through garden beds, which might I add were way too high in comparison to the lawn now as they did not remove any dirt to get it level with everything else. Would never recommend this company!
