Refund Policy

Tradiely subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The following refund policy applies to all paid plans.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at support@tradiely.net with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades are applied immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
